The Platinum Split sets the new standard for in-cellar split systems. This completely new design improves airflow efficiency 25% and operates 10% quieter, all while being 35% smaller than our previous split system evaporator. This particular unit is perfect for wine cellars around the size of 1,000 cubic feet. The liquid bottle probe is still the choice for this unit to monitor the actual temperature of the wine. Using this wine bottle probe will ensure the wine is being kept at 55F
